Lil has a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications, which entitles her to communicate.
She is a Renaissance woman with a diverse background in music, theater, and business. Lil has worked in convention services in world class hotels.
She has been a business-owner and entrepreneur since the age of seventeen and is a logistics expert, specializing in corporate and private event planning. She has developed and executed grand openings, fundraisers, music festivals, and trade shows and expos. Her latest brain child is the Plan B Expo.
Just for love, Lil is the Creative Director of the Showcase Arts Foundation, Inc.
Beth Adele Long
Chief Creative Officer
Beth received a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Embry-Riddle University. Her career in software development began early, with an internship at Goddard Space Flight Center during which she tested and debugged C/C++ software for meteorological satellites. She also worked for a defense subcontractor developing GUIs and analyzing and documenting software. But web development's siren call summoned her out of software analysis and into creating her own beautiful code.
She prefers the title "Chief Creative Officer" to "Chief Technical Officer" because creativity is the heart of her approach to technical problems. In the ten years she's been developing websites, she's developed a passion for clean code, standards compliance, usability, accessibility, efficient version control, and open source software. She's a devotee of the Agile project management approach, in which mindfulness, honesty, and short project iterations are considered foundational to producing software projects that achieve real business success.
Her past projects have included a wide range of websites for a variety of businesses and non-profits, social networking applications, Flash applications, various content management systems and frameworks, and a range of front-end tools, back-end scripting, and database design and administration. Her core tools today include HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Ajax, PHP, MySQL, XML, and Flash/ActionScript. She codes all websites by hand, whether it's a brochure site for a local boutique or an enterprise site with complex business logic.
Beth is a writer of both technical documents and of fiction. She's published several short stories and has done writing and research for Alternate Reality Games and other multimedia campaigns. She's conversationally fluent in Spanish, which she learned during volunteer stints in Perú.
Above all, Beth is an enthusiastic lifelong student, and loves tackling projects that require her to learn and integrate new knowledge and skills.

KT Stewart is the newest addition to the Longbar team. She is a lifelong actress and the Director of Photography for the Showcase Arts Foundation's Film Division.
